Ingredients:
Ghee:                                1/2 tbsp
Coconut crash:                  2cup
Sugar:                               1cup
Green cardamon powder: 1 pinch
Coconut powder:              1 packet
                                                      Maowa:                             250grm

Lets start:
At first put your pan on your stove and put the ghee and then roast your coconut with the ghee. This time don't make it brown. If its done then take out and put the pan again and keep mawoa with low flame, just mashed the mawoa nicely. Turn off the gas but keep stirring as the pan is still hot and see the mawoa turns light brown. In the meantime give sugar and cardamom powder also and mixed it nicely. Now put the Coconut also and coconut powder also and mixed it properly.

When it's done take some of the mixture and shape it into small balls. Once the balls ready wrap them into the crush coconut and place them on a plate. Now its time to served your home made White Coconut naru.....Try it at home and share your experience with us or e-mail me  nusrat@ariyes.net
